Creating a Box

To create a box click the Box button in the Model Tool Panel tab. Notice when you click the Box button extra controls appear on the Tool Panel. Other tools also add extra controls to the Tool Panel when activated.

There are two ways to create a box. Manually specifying the location, size and segmentation of the box or alternately clicking and dragging to specify the box.

To create a box manually simply specify the parameters of the new box and press the Create button.

Clicking and dragging in a View Panel will create a box. Initially the base is specified followed by the height. As always please refer to the Help Line which explains the current cursor View Panel interaction for more details.

Pressing the right mouse button shall deactivate the Box tool. The extra controls will go away. The right mouse button behaves this way for all tools that require deactivation.
